Thank you for your interest in moving into The Lighthouse's Affordable Housing apartment. We look forward to reading it.

Please make sure that you have:

1. Completed all areas of the application, if it does not apply write N/A.
2. Provided at least two landlord references.
3. Provided two personal references (not family members).
4. Provided a copy showing one month of income (i.e. pay stubs, social services benefits stub, etc.) from all resources. You can fax this to (306) 655-7770 or provide it when we contact you.
5. Signed and dated the declaration on the last page.
6. Provided a phone number where you can be reached. If your contact information changes, please contact us immediately.

Additional Information:

1. No pets are allowed within the apartment buildings.
2. No smoking is allowed in all rental buildings.
3. The Lighthousse strives for drug and alcohol free buildings.

Your application will be reviewed within 1 week of being received by the Housing Manager. If you have not heard from us after 2, please feel free to contact the office.
