The Lighthouse’s employment centre opens in the summer of 2012 when the east tower opens. It will feature four internet enabled computers, a laser printer, job postings, resume helps, and a contact number that doesn’t betray that this is a supported living facility.
Staff will help with creating resumes, establishing an online profile (email and using services like About.me) and giving job search and interview advice. Our Physical Needs Centre provides interview appropriate clothes to put the person in the best position to succeed not only in the interview but in the job.
